Hallo,

 

ich suche zur Reperatur meines Fahrtreglers ein altes Servo-IC, das nicht mehr erhältlich ist. Hat jemand von Euch da vielleicht noch eins auf Lager? Natürlich gegen Bezahlung...

 

Typ: XP 2264CP oder XR 2264CP

 

Ich wär wirklich dankbar, wenn sich noch so ein Teil finden würde!

Hallo Hanno

 

Als alter Halbleiter-Mensch. das Teil gibts auch von Texas Instrument, und heisst dort: TL2264CP. Das Ergebnis eines kurzen googeln.

 

Als ich bei Motorola Halbleiter war, da haben wir Bauteile die ihre Qualifikation noch nicht abgeschlossen haben in der Bezeichnung mit "x" statt "M" angefangen.

 

Prüf mal ob das Datenblatt bestätigt das es sich um ein equivalentes Bauteil handelt. Ich habe nach "2264CP" gegoogelt, weltweit und mir den Link zum "Partminer" geholt.
