Kann mir jemand sagen, seit wann die Bleche der Back- und Steuerbord-

beleuchtungen schwarz sind und nicht mehr rot oder grün?

Seit 15. Juli 1977. Da trat die neue KVR (Kolinsionsverhütungsregeln) in Kraft, die löste die Verordnung über das "Verhalten von Fahrzeugen im Bereich von Verkehrstrennungsgebieten auf Hoher See" ab.
