Rokraft 100 wiederbeleben? Neutralstellung funktioniert nicht

Ich habe aus meiner Jugend noch 2x Robbe Rokraft 100. Mit Potis für Neutralstellungung und maximale Drehzahl. Die Teile sind noch nicht SMD gelötet. Leider funktionieren beide nicht mehr richtig.

a) Rotes LED brennt, keine Neutralstellung, keine Signalerkennung vom Empfänger.
b) Rotes LED brennt nicht, keine Neutralstellung, keine Signalerkennung vom Empfänger. Wurde anscheinend mal verpolt angeschlossen.

Ich würde diese eigentlich gerne reparieren. Hat jemand einen Tipp wie man hier vorgehen kann?
Gibt es jemanden im Forum der solche Bauteile repariert?

Ich bringe es nicht über Herz diese zu entsorgen (auch wenn die neuen Regler sehr günstig sind)
