Problem gelöst, hab das teil jetzt auf dem Ruderboot rausgefriemelt. Auf der Rückseite des Reglers sind zwei Potis, die man durch das Gehäuse mit einem kleinen Schraubendreher bewegen kann. Einer für Nullpunkt, einer für maximale Drehzahl.
