Beizen, welche und was ist zu beachten?

Och, nußbaum sieht prima aus, vor allem auch in Mischung mit anderen Beizen. Ich nehme so gut wie nie nur einen Beizton, sondern mixe mir meist was selber.

Aber lass lieber die Finger von "Clou Mahagoni" (oder teste es vorher an Abfallholz). Sonst ärgerst du dich braun. Das Zeug hat ne ziemlich eklige Farbe ("schmutzlila"), die mit echtem Mahagoni herzlich wenig zu tun hat.

Teak hätte ich noch...:p

 

Ich wollte eh etwas heller bleiben da werde ich mal die Knirsche nehmen.

Die Knirsche dunkel hab ich auf der Atomite. Schöne warme Farbe, die deutlich näher an Mahagoni kommt als "Clou Mahagoni". Allerdings nicht gerade hell.

Clou Teak sieht ziemlich grau aus und ändert beim Trocknen sehr stark die Farbe. Kann gut kommen, muss man probieren. Meine Werkbank ist mit Teak (in Verbindung mit lasiertem hellgrau und Knirsche) gebeizt.
